2. Material Overview

   • Digitally printed direct to substrate with UV inks
   • Printed on either 3mm or 5mm rigid PVC Foamboard
   • Can be supplied with a single or double sided print
   • M1/B1 Fire-Rated
   • Trimmed sides as standard
   • Lightweight and easy to install
   • Flexible and durable, can be stuck, screwed, nailed or riveted to any suitable surface
   • Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use
   • Maximum size 2400mm × 1220mm (8ft × 4ft) in one piece

   As the maximum board size is 2400mm × 1220mm (8ft × 4ft), multiple boards can be printed and easily placed side by side to increase the image area.

   The Foamboard is lightweight and can be easily installed with adhesive or strong double sided tape, as well as having the durability to be screwed straight through.

   As with any foam-based products, please be aware of possible expansion in heated conditions and direct sunlight. If there is no room for expansion (if it is within a frame) this can cause the product to warp.

   Standard product tolerance is expansion of up to 5mm per linear metre.

   Each item is printed and finished to your requirements.

   Please bear logistics in mind when planning your PVC Foamboard order and feel free to ask our advice. The rule of thumb is that large boards could need to be delivered by dedicated courier or by large pallet, which increases delivery costs substantially. Please call for more information on this.

     Items will be cut to the size ordered and gloss laminated for an additional charge of £9 per square metre.

     Designed solely for use with dry-erase marker pens. Has a glossy finish.
     An additional charge of £12 per square metre applies.
